The Casablanca Valley is very special, it is a concept of Organic production, the wineries mostly do not use chemicals or pesticides in their certified production process, in the valley, biodynamic concepts stand out, these methods are applied in the production of grapes and wine making, seeking a balance in production and quality, we find animals such as sheep and alpacas, they are used as gardeners by eating the remains of leaves, grains and grass in the middle of the trees, they perform natural fertilization by moving the surface layer of the soil, we also find chickens or birds as doctors, which take care of the smallest insects in a preventive way avoiding damage to trees and pests, in the valley a microclimate is produced coming from the Pacific Ocean from the east and west, at night and early morning we can feel very low temperatures due to the clouds loaded with water from the ocean are trapped in the mountain of the coast which surrounds the Casablanca Valley
